    Hi everyone,

As it’s the first of December tomorrow I thought I’d open a debate on this topic.

We still have some excellent offers in matched betting, but it isn’t what it used to be. William Hills golden goal as disappeared, however we still have excellent stuff like 2 Up’s with Bet365 etc.

As we look to the future, do you think it’s possible to matched bet for a living in 2020? Or is it just a side income now?

I think the answer is the same for Professional Punters, it all depends on how many accounts you have.

A full set of unlimited accounts and I think you would be able to do it..

    Hi,

Personally i think i will never be able to make living out of it. Im happy mom of 2 boys, youngest one just turned one last month and older one is 27 months. I have my hands full, my time is limited. I guess there are some folks who can still make decent wage out of it, but i think it takes great deal of time and dedication. For my its wee side income, im piling it up and learing trading. Caan prooved to everyone it can be done, and i would love to be able do it some day.

…. would be great if there was ‘one tick every time strategy’ out there, it would make things much easier for everyone lol

Its not that easy though, but i hope i ll get there some day

Some very fair and reasonable comments here.

From things I’ve heard (although not seen with my own eyes) there are a fair few that do it full time still… everyone’s perception of full time is different too though.

I would suggest a healthy side-income would be for the majority.

As Bunny says there, it depends on time and effort. The upside being it’s not taxable, and far less stress than most things! …like having to work for a living.
