Courtsiding sounds appealing on certain events.

What are the main positives and negatives?

I’ve tried it on a few sports.

You need to be the only one, or one of a few, at the ground these days to make it pay. Unfortunately that’s highly unlikely as there’s so many people doing it. The key is keeping the costs down so you’re not under immense pressure to win given the competition from other courtsiders.

I’d recommend giving it a go and see how you get on before making any longer term plans.

    Positives -:

Gives you an edge over online punters..

In high liquidity markets you can rake in a few quid.

    Negatives -:

Might get you banned from either a bookies website or a sporting event itself.

The introduction of VAR in football can really screw things up!!!
