Free bet not received

I took up an offer with Betfred

“3 x £10 on the Snooker UK championships to receive a free £10 bet by noon on Friday 27th November, to be used by 9am Saturday 30th November.”

I bet £10 on 3 matches and was not awarded the free bet by Noon Friday so went on their website to go on live chat but they do not have live chat. I emailed them Friday early afternoon but have not had a reply.

What is the best procedure to follow?
