    Hi All,

    Quite new to matched betting but enjoying it and have made some money, and some mistakes of course. I’ve exhausted most of my welcome offers so am exploring the daily offers.

    I need help understanding / calculating how to make money from the Bet365 daily Featured Race Offer and 888Sports similar Win at 4/1 get a £5 free bet. I’ve tried various calculators but they presume the free bet is granted if the bet loses rather than wins.

    Any help appreciated, being a bit thick on this one!

    Hi mate,

    Basically the key to this offer is to find close matches at the odds so that you aren’t losing that much. After that it’s up to the horse to win.

    Then IF they win, you get the free £50 bet and that’s where you profit. The horse has to win for the profit to come..

    The main thing to remember is to keep getting close matches. You know what would help you a lot, check out the recent blog on the Bet365 Bet £50 Get £50 offer. Look at the last few steps on what to do with the free £50 bet for when your horse wins..

    Thanks very much for the reply, makes sense now. I was trying to fathom how people were making a profit if it lost, which didn’t seem possible and you’ve confirmed that.
