Hi, I took up a signup offer with bet regal using this site.
I’m pretty disappointed that it has been listed on here, has anyone bothered to check the trustpilot reviews?
No one can withdraw their money.
And now neither can I. I have over £100 on betregal now.
They just make excuses.
Pretty annoyed.

What are their excuses? Have you provided everything they’ve asked and still can’t take money out?
Hi, yes provided I.d, they say it was verified successfully (on live chat, so I have no proof if they ask again). But it just says pending for weeks. I managed to get it down from £150 via doing a manual matched bet.. but don’t want to risk putting any more money on there..
To be fair, since I gave them I.d, i gave it 6 days before I cancelled the withdrawal and placed a £50 matched bet on a horse, which was sucessfull. Before the I.d it was a couple of weeks, no email asking for I.d. etc. Now trying to withdraw again, but only submitted yesterday, so will wait and see. Not holding my breath though.

The Bet Regal welcome offer would be posted on every MB site out there.
Don’t believe all on Trust Pilot, I think a fair amount of reviews on there are fake.
I’ve had no problems with Bet Regal although haven’t used them for a while..

Can’t blame a site for your take up on an offer. You need to read the T’s & C’s for yourself.

You should probably report them to the UKGC. They should not have allowed you to deposit or place any bet without completing KYC first
