      Hi

      I have tried using the calculator a few times in last hour and it isn’t working. There appears to be an extra box at the bottom with Normal and Advanced in it. When I try and fill in the main entries I am not getting any results (trying to do a risk free at the moment. I have logged out and  back in just in case it’s my laptop but it’s no different.

      Anyone else having problems or could it just be down for some reason?

        Hi Andia,

        Which browser are you using?

        There has been an upgrade to the calculator yes, although it appears to be working fine here. You should use it in normal mode if you are using it as usual. The ‘Advanced’ mode is for under/overlays.

          If you press Ctrl + F5 it will hard refresh the page (clearing the cache) try this please?

            Hi Diane,

            I just noticed a similar thread and see support have replied, did the clearing of your browser cache/history help? It worked on my phone. 

            Ill make sure this is chased up tomorrow.

              Yes sorted – well using internet explorer it is. Chrome is my default but somehow isn’t working even control and F5 but explorer is fine. Thanks so much, Regards Diane 🙂

                      Hi, thanks for this information,

                      CTRL F5 has worked for me just now; I use Chrome.  Back to my bonus bagging! 🙂
