have a technical problem with my Betfair account but the helpdesk on twitter isn’t being all that helpful. I know it’s not your service but do you know where I can get the contact details for someone technical at Betfair? Some of my bets are not showing and or were not settled correctly on the football.

Hi Emma,
The Betfair Helpdesk is more support and queries than technical assistance. It’s not so easy to contact the technical team as presumably, they would be inundated with support requests.
I would advise using the support section of your Betfair account.

Great answer but wanted to add if you talk to the Betfairhelpdesk they aren’t usually very helpful I thinnk they must have a flow chart to follow and not even understand betting! Probably outsourced in a foreign country or something to keep costs down. Once I spoke to a technical person from Betfair which was way more helpful but getting in touch wasnt until long after the initial contacting helpdesk problem.

The Live Chat has always worked for me, but sometimes they won’t do what you ask or get back to you !
