We’re keen to get actionable feedback and constructive criticism about the products and services we are providing.
It will help us improve the experience for all. No doubt many will have different ideas about what the most important improvements are. All suggestions are valid although we will prioritise those that actually improve the user experience for all over those that make less difference.
Here are some example suggestions we are already aware of and will be working on:
- More bookmakers in the price matcher
- Bug in the calculator for Internet Explorer only (already fixed)
- Dropdown menu’s for mobile devices were not clear, add arrows (already fixed)
- Forum margins (already fixed)
- Filterable column heading in the matcher
Thank you,

August 5, 2019 at 8:22 am #7049PR SupportModeratorThank you for pointing this out, Blakey22.
It has been amended accordingly.
August 5, 2019 at 9:34 am #7068Double-D-LiteMemberSure, well as Im sure you know a middle is like a matched bet but with a higher than normal QL but uses two different markets in the hope of winning both back bets. So for example a money line back and a handicap market back bet. Home team at x odds, away team +10 for y odds. If the cost of putting both backs on is not too high you stand a chance of winning both bets if the home side win by 1-9 points. A tool to find those automatically rather than having to search manually would be super cool x.
August 6, 2019 at 12:37 pm #7230D4zzaMemberThe PLACE market for horse races would be very useful and profitable. I normally use odds comparison websites and compare to bookmakers websites as a manual process which can be very time consuming particularly on a Friday or Saturday with so many races.
August 6, 2019 at 2:45 pm #7242Paul BucklandMemberI notice that on the price matcher I can’t alter the lay price from the one advertised. Example being both back and lay prices were 17. The lay price then went to 16.5 and it wouldn’t let me change it to calculate the new lay amount. Is this a fault, or is this option just not available? Also it doesn’t refresh with any price change unless I get out of it and then back in.
August 6, 2019 at 2:50 pm #7243PR SupportModeratorHi Paul,
Thank you. If you need to re-calculate your lay stake you need to use the calculator.
If you are using Betfair integration with your account you just need to hit the refresh icon and the lay price will be updated in line with the exchange.

August 10, 2019 at 9:24 pm #8187SmokeybearMemberI can only see Ladbrokes in the price matcher, should I see more?
August 10, 2019 at 10:36 pm #8191PR SupportModeratorHi Smokeybear,
You just need to click the Ladbrokes icon and a dropdown list of other bookmakers will appear.
Thank you for highlighting this, it’s clearly not obvious enough!
Thanks,

Site looking good overall though 🙂
September 4, 2019 at 1:03 am #10473TikapaMemberHi there. I just joined the site and went through the course modules it’s great and easy to understand and I am wanting to take action and place my first matched bet. Before I get started my question is I’m based in New Zealand and will profit rush be useful to me if I live outside the UK?Â
ThanksÂ
September 4, 2019 at 9:46 am #10478PR SupportModeratorHi Tikapa,
The answer is it 100% will be useful. It just depends on what offers will apply to New Zealand – what bookmakers are active there and can you get on. It’s no difference to someone in the UK being banned from a certain bookmaker; those offers are gone for them but still exist. You just have to see what offers and bookmakers are OK in New Zealand.
Thanks,
Support
September 12, 2019 at 5:10 pm #10955discoMemberHi I am working through the risk free bets section but the instructions seem to differ in the description below each offer to the actions explained in the video. This may cause confusion?
