That’s all you need to get started, it’s simple! Let’s go through the steps so you can get the most money.
Step 1 – Place our qualifying bet:
This is a very simple offer. We can back any horse to win and get our money back if it loses. You can find the best matches to get the lowest set-up cost daily using the Profit Rush Price Matcher. However, as this offer is just with BetUK on one race, you can do it manually very easily. Just use the Profit Rush Bet Calculator before placing any bets to make sure the set-up cost is low.
The BetUK odds aren’t great compared to the exchanges, so you have two options here:
- Find a loser and risk a qualifying cost of £3+ in the hope that the horse loses. £3 is very high for a £10 offer.
- Lock in a smaller than usual profit with the early pay-out calculator.
We’re going to aim for option two, as the BetUK odds don’t leave us with much choice.
For Step 1, we place a £10 win bet on Summerville Boy at 8.0 with BetUK.
Step 2 – Lay off on the exchanges:
After placing our qualifying bet, we’re going to lay off our bet with BetUK on the exchanges. Summerville Boy is trading 10.5 to lay on Betfair.
Now, we need to use the Profit Rush Bet Calculator and make sure we have selected RISK FREE BET in the Bet Type dropdown. Put all this information into the calculator and you should get this screen:
As you can see, we can lock in a profit of £6.54 if we lay Summerville Boy for £6.68 on Betfair at 10.5.
