    once pressed it either loads, or doesn’t load at all, also noticed that if you select a day it does appear to load anything either. 

     

    Could the community confirm if they have the same issues.

    I have exactly the same issue.  Simply doesn’t work.

    Have forwarded this on to the relevant person. Can you confirm the issue with maybe a little more explanation?

    I presume you are talking about when placing bets onto the exchange direct from the matcher with Betfair integration?

    When using the price matcher to find potentially good bets for matched betting, I find that whenever I click ‘Get Match’ it just says “No Matched Results”. Doesn’t matter what filters I use. Have tried changing the sports, odds, bookie, exchange, liquidity and it makes no difference.

    Thanks for clarifying. I have just checked and all seems to be fine?

    Can you confirm which boxes you have checked?

    I have just used:

    – Horse racing > Win > Betfair 
    – Rating 80 – 100
    – Back odds 2 – 4
    – Min liquidity 10
    – Bookie – William Hill

    It’s given me 3 pages worth of results.

    Thanks for checking. Yes, it now seems to work. Interestingly, I tried again on my phone yesterday and it seemed to work, but then didn’t work again when I tried on a desktop and a laptop.

    I’ve had a play around and it looks like you get no matches if the minimum odds are 1, but moving them up to 1.01 does generate results.
