Dutching for Foreigners

Greetings. 

I would like to find out if matched betting is at all possible in South Africa because through continuous research I haven’t found a betting exchange or bookmaker that allows punters to lay their bets at our local exchanges/bookmakers.

Furthermore, I would also like to know if a South African can do matched betting or dutching with exchanges and bookmakers from abroad, seeing that in the UK there are exchanges where you can lay bets, however a lot of them do not accept South Africans to sign up to their exchanges. So, perhaps in other countries a South African can do matched betting. I would like for your assistance in this regard, and perhaps some advice and tips to get going with matched betting and dutching, how it can be done and all the necessary information to go at it the right way.
