I have had this Kengp, they know that they aren’t going to take any money off you they just do it to wear you down and mess you about until you don’t bother! Remembering to do it first is a good way to 1up them! Dirty bookmakers!

The online verification process with Mr Green has proved extremely difficult for me, the emails I receive from them make me believe it’s all automated.  I don’t see how I can possibly provide clearer images.  Email is not exactly secure but maybe the images would reach a real person, who knows?

Most of the processes are automated these days. How have they made it hard @ Mr Green?

Snapped them on your phone? Make sure there’s good light!

Used an iphone under the kitchen worktop lights and it was as good image.  This kind of difficulty is not what you want if doing matched betting, especially if you need the funds to do another offer somewhere else.

Yes, in the past I believe its been a real pain for some users. A good idea is to build up a small folder on your desktop/tablet/phone of all the documents you ‘might’ need with clear pictures. Then if any firm should ask you’ll already have it handy.

Once you know it’s accepted by one firm, its validated a solution for future ones (hopefully).

It’s unfortunate but some bookmakers have a bad reputation for this kind of stuff, a dirty tactic.
